We want you to love your hoodie dress, but if the fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your hoodie dress in its original packaging and include the printed return slip provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
